I can’t wait to be still, and to be with You. To soak in every moment without having to move or think or feel too quickly, to know Your love more fiercely than anything else I’ve ever known.
I can’t wait to stare at my hands as they sit in my lap, feeling the breeze on my skin, listening to leaves rustle, knowing that the world no longer dictates the rigor of my heart. Perfect, secret, beautiful contentment.
That’s heaven, isn’t it?
